Instructions
Prepare the dough by mixing flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and water until smooth.
Roll out the dough into a flat circle and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, caramelize sliced onions with vegan butter, garlic, sage, salt, and a pinch of sugar until golden.
Spread the caramelized onions over the baked dough, top with vegan cheese, and bake for another 10 minutes.
Finish with arugula and a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of balsamic vinegar to the caramelized onions.
