  • 10 oz Medjool Dates (choose soft, fresh dates)
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (adds tropical flavor)
  • 1 cup Raw Almonds (ground finely)
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds (for fiber and omega-3s)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (elevates flavor)
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt (to enhance sweetness)
  • 2 tbsp Cacao Nibs (for crunch and chocolate flavor)
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal (increases fiber content)

Instructions 

  • Pit and blend the Medjool dates until sticky and smooth.
