Instructions
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add ice water and oil; stir until dough forms. Rest for 10 minutes.
Divide dough into 10-12 pieces; flatten each into a ¼ inch thick circle.
Heat skillet with 1 tablespoon oil; cook flatbreads 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
Remove and cool slightly; brush with olive oil or butter, sprinkle parsley, and serve.
