Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C), grease pan, and line with parchment.
Gently melt chocolate and butter over simmering water, then stir in cocoa powder.
Mix eggs, sugars, and beat until light; add cooled chocolate mixture, salt, and vanilla.
Fold in sifted flour, pour batter into pan, and swirl with cheesecake mixture.
Bake for 22-28 minutes, cool, then lift out and cut into squares.
Notes
Ensure not to overmix the batter to keep brownies fudgy.
