These fluffy gluten-free waffles combine creamy cottage cheese with oats for a delicious and protein-packed breakfast.

Instructions
In a blender, combine oats, cottage cheese, eggs, baking powder, salt, and coconut oil. Blend until smooth.
Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease if needed.
Pour batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
Serve warm topped with smoked salmon, a dollop of creme fraiche, and a drizzle of honey.
