Ingredients
Dry ingredients

all-purpose flour
(plus additional for dusting)

baking powder

Wet ingredients

olive oil or vegetable oil

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients: Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add wet ingredients: Create a well, add oil, then gradually mix in ice water to form dough.
Knead and rest: Knead dough for 5-7 minutes, then cover and rest for 30 minutes.
Divide and roll: Punch down, divide into 6-8 portions, roll into balls, then flatten into ¼ inch circles.
Cook flatbreads: Heat oil in skillet, cook each flatbread 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
Brush and garnish: Immediately brush with garlic-herb mixture and sprinkle with parsley.
