This easy gluten-free focaccia is extra soft, flavorful, and perfect for a quick homemade bread experience.

Instructions
Combine water and milk; heat until lukewarm, sprinkle yeast, and sit for 5 minutes.
Mix gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt on low speed.
Add yeast mixture and 3 tbsp olive oil; mix on low 1 min, then medium-high 6 mins until thick and pourable.
Grease a skillet, spread batter evenly, drizzle with remaining olive oil, create indentations, sprinkle salt and rosemary, and let rise 30 mins.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 mins until golden, cool 10 mins before slicing.
Notes
Use fresh rosemary for best flavor and ensure batter is pourable but thick.
