Ingredients

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup Warm water (Not hot)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup Melted butter
  • 1 tsp Coarse sea salt

Instructions 

  • Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast; let sit until frothy.
  • Combine flour, salt, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and Parmesan; add yeast mixture and olive oil, knead into dough.
  • Roll dough into thin strips, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with dried parsley and coarse sea salt.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional Parmesan or herbs before baking.
