Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Sugar Alternative
  • 1 tsp Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Almond Milk (can substitute with water or other milk)
  • 2 Eggs (Whipped)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  • Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; whisk wet ingredients in another.
  • Combine wet and dry until smooth.
  • Drop spoonfuls of batter onto skillet; cook until edges brown, then flip.
  • Cook until golden and serve warm.

Notes

Use a nonstick spray or butter for better results.
