Instructions
Mix eggs, ricotta, Italian seasoning, and chives.
Brown and drain ground meat.
Stir in pasta sauce and simmer briefly.
Spray lasagna dish with non-stick spray.
Layer tortillas or zucchini strips in dish.
Spread ricotta mixture over layer.
Add meat mixture over ricotta layer.
Repeat layers, top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
