A simple and flavorful focaccia recipe that requires no kneading, perfect for a quick homemade bread with garlic and herbs.
Ingredients
Dough

all-purpose flour

instant yeast

salt

warm water

olive oil
(plus extra for drizzling)

fresh rosemary
(chopped or dried)

Instructions
Mix flour, yeast, and salt. Add water and olive oil; stir until shaggy dough forms.
Let dough rise at room temperature for 2 hours, covered.
Transfer dough to greased pan, stretch to fit, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Dimple the dough, add garlic, rosemary, sea salt, and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool before slicing.
