This simple skillet bread combines herbs and cheese for a flavorful, crusty loaf with minimal effort.
Ingredients
Dough

instant yeast

warm water

honey

herb seasoning

shredded cheese

(add more as needed)
Instructions
Mix yeast and warm water; let sit 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, starting with 3.5 cups of flour, and mix until just slightly sticky.
Cover and let rise in a warm spot for 45-60 minutes until doubled.
Patt down dough, place in oven-safe dish, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-40 minutes until golden and firm.
Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for best flavor and add flour gradually to achieve the right dough consistency.
