Instructions
Sauté chicken in olive oil until cooked through, then set aside.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant, then add vegetables and cook for a few minutes.

Stir in spinach, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook until spinach wilts.
Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
