Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons thyme (fresh)

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  • Prepare the filling by slicing potatoes and mixing with yogurt, garlic, lemon zest, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange the pastry in a tart pan, sprinkling with extra corn starch to prevent moisture absorption.
  • Layer the sliced potatoes inside the pastry, covering evenly.
  • Bake until golden and cooked through, about 30 minutes.
