  • 4.3 Tablespoons Almond Flour
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder (Your Choice Flavor)
  • 2 Ounces Milk Substitute (or Milk/Coffee)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Xanthan Gum
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
