Instructions
Mix all Pumpkin Layer ingredients until smooth.
Mix Crumble Topping ingredients until combined.
Spray a 9-inch baking dish or skillet with cooking spray.
Pour Pumpkin Layer into dish.
Sprinkle Crumble Topping evenly over the pumpkin layer.
Optional: Top with crushed pecans.
Bake at 350°F (176°C) for 30-35 minutes until edges are golden.
