Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 large Whole Egg
  • 1 large Egg White
  • 0.5 cup Greek Yogurt (or Cottage Cheese)
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (Your Choice Flavor)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sweetener (*Optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (*Optional)

Instructions 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Preheat waffle maker and spray with non-stick spray.
  • Pour batter into waffle maker and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove and repeat with remaining batter.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or berries on top.
