Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound ground beef (choose lean for a healthier option)

Vegetables

  • 2 cups bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1 medium onion (yellow or white preferred)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 medium carrots (sliced thin)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for sautéing)

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, then remove and set aside.
  • Sauté onions, garlic, bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots until tender.
  • Return beef to the skillet, add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
