Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Heat butter in a cast iron skillet until melted, then set aside.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, honey, and buttermilk.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, then add melted butter. Pour batter into hot skillet.
Bake for 20-23 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
