Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound Tilapia (or Your Choice Fish)
  • 1 tablespoon Southwestern Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice (Fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 8 tortillas Tortillas
  • to taste Cheese (Guacamole, Salsa, or Other Toppings)

Instructions 

  • Coat one side of the fish with seasoning, cumin, salt, and lime juice.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add fish to the pan, seasoned side down, and cook for a few minutes.
  • Season the other side and flip to cook through.
  • Assemble tacos with tortillas and your favorite toppings.

Notes

Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor.
