Ingredients

Oats

Spices

Dairy

  • 2.65 ounces Greek Yogurt (Fat Free Vanilla or Plain)

Seeds

  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

Eggnog

  • 2.6 ounces Eggnog (⅓ Cup)

Flavorings

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Protein Powder

  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (Vanilla)

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or for 2-3 hours.
