How To Make Crispy Deep-Fried Onions

Instructions
Prepare the homemade ginger paste by blending peeled ginger until smooth.
Cook the sliced onions in oil until golden and crispy, then drain and set aside.
In a pan, combine the Makhani sauce with the Biryani masala and ginger paste, simmer for 10 minutes.
Add cooked crispy onions to the sauce and mix well.
Serve hot over rice or with bread, garnished with additional crispy onions if desired.
