Ingredients

Homemade Ginger Paste

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger (peeled and chopped)

Authentic Makhani Sauce Recipe

  • 1 cup cups Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Homemade Biryani Masala Powder Recipe

  • 2 tbsp tbsp Biryani Masala Powder (mild and aromatic)

How To Make Crispy Deep-Fried Onions

  • 1 large piece Onion (sliced thin)

Instructions 

  • Prepare the homemade ginger paste by blending peeled ginger until smooth.
  • Cook the sliced onions in oil until golden and crispy, then drain and set aside.
  • In a pan, combine the Makhani sauce with the Biryani masala and ginger paste, simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add cooked crispy onions to the sauce and mix well.
  • Serve hot over rice or with bread, garnished with additional crispy onions if desired.
