Ingredients
For the Fajita Chicken

chicken breasts, thinly sliced

For the Garlic Bread

large
baguette or Italian bread loaf

cup
unsalted butter, softened
3–4
cloves
garlic, minced

tsp
dried parsley
1–2
cups
shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
Instructions
Cook the fajita chicken: heat oil, cook chicken with spices for 5–6 mins, add peppers and onion, then squeeze lime juice.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice bread, mix butter, garlic, parsley, spread inside.
Stuff the bread with chicken and veggies, sprinkle cheese, wrap in foil.
Bake for 15–20 mins until cheese melts, then open foil for 2–3 mins for crispiness.
Slice and serve hot with sides like sour cream or salsa.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped cilantro or a dash of hot sauce.
