A deliciously flaky and golden galette featuring tender apple slices wrapped in buttery puff pastry, perfect for a cozy dessert.
Ingredients

puff pastry (250 g), thawed

peeled and sliced apples (1/8-inch thick)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Roll out puff pastry on floured parchment, transfer to skillet, and chill for 10 minutes.
Mix lemon juice and vanilla, toss with apples, then add sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt.
Arrange apples on pastry, drizzle with juices, dot with butter, fold edges, brush with cream, and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes, then reduce to 375°F and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Loosen edges, cool for 10 minutes, then serve.
Notes
For best results, chill the pastry before baking and serve warm.
