Delicious and fudgy brownies made with ripe bananas and almond butter, perfect for a gluten-free treat.
Ingredients
Bananas

overripe large peeled bananas
(each about 115 grams when peeled)
3/4
cup
creamy unsweetened almond butter
1

large egg
1/2
cup
granulated white sugar
1/4 + 1
tbsp
unsweetened dutch process cocoa powder

tsp
baking soda

cup
chopped dark chocolate
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
Add all ingredients except chopped chocolate to blender and blend until smooth.
Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle chopped chocolate on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until set but fudgy inside.
Cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra fudginess, bake around 20-22 minutes.
