Ingredients

  • 2 Large Whole Eggs
  • 4 Ounces Milk Substitute (or Milk)
  • 1 Can Chickpeas (Low Sodium Drained & Rinsed)
  • 0.25 Cup Peanut Butter (or Other Nut Butter)
  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda

Instructions 

  • Mix everything together until smooth using a food processor or powerful blender.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and coat with cooking spray.
  • Pour batter and cook each side for 1-2 minutes until golden.
  • Repeat until all batter is used.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or vanilla extract.
