Ingredients

Eggs

  • 3 large eggs

Dairy

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana banana

Oats

  • 3/4 cup quick oats

Protein Powder

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Flavorings & Leavening

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour batter into a heated, greased waffle iron and cook until golden.
  • Remove waffles and place on a wire rack.
  • Serve with fresh fruit and maple syrup.
