Instructions
Steep chai in heated milk, then cool.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line muffin tin.
Mix dry spices and flour. Whisk wet ingredients, combine with dry, then divide into muffin cups. Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 16–18 minutes, cool slightly, then serve warm or room temperature.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional sugar or serve with a dollop of cream.
