A delicious no-bake treat combining peanut butter, oats, and cinnamon, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.

Instructions
Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
Combine peanut butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup in a saucepan; heat until melted.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Mix oats, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl; add the peanut butter mixture and stir.
Press mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
Lift out using parchment, cut into squares, and store in an airtight container.
