Instructions
Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit until frothy.
Add flour, salt, softened butter; knead into a smooth dough. Let rise until doubled.
Roll out dough, spread garlic, parsley, and shredded cheeses. Cut into pieces and layer in a baking dish.
Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with extra parsley and salt. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
Garnish with additional parsley and salt before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or herbs.
