Ingredients

Dairy

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt (full-fat for creamier bites, or low-fat if you’re watching calories)

Nut Butters

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter (choose natural peanut butter—no funky additives)

Sweeteners

  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan twist)

Add-ins

  • to taste chocolate chips (mini or chopped for indulgence)
  • to taste chia seeds (for a fiber and omega-3 kick)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like that warm, cozy aroma)
  • a pinch cinnamon (because cinnamon makes almost everything better)

Instructions 

  • Whip Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey together until smooth. Add vanilla or cinnamon if desired.
  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each cavity of a mini-muffin tin or silicone mold.
  • Press in mini chocolate chips or sprinkle chia seeds on top.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours.
  • Run warm water over the mold’s bottom to release the bites and transfer to a freezer-safe bag.
