Delicious and nutritious protein bars made with black beans and cocoa, perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 15.5 ounces Black Beans (Reduced Sodium)
  • 4 tablespoons Peanut Oil (Your choice of neutral oil)
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Coffee
  • 4 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 3 scoops Protein Powder (Chocolate)
  • 2-3 tablespoons Sweetener (Erythritol)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 ounces Milk Substitute (Add more if mixture is too thick)
  • 1 tablespoon Chocolate Chips (Optional)

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients except chocolate chips into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into a prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  • Top with chocolate chips and bake at 350°F (176°C) for 12-15 minutes.
