A quick and flavorful flatbread infused with garlic and fresh herbs, perfect for any meal or snack.
Ingredients
Dough

all-purpose flour

tablespoon
baking powder

salt

minced chives
(plus extra for garnish)

finely chopped parsley
(plus extra for garnish)

plain, full-fat Greek yogurt

olive oil

garlic, pressed

Instructions
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add herbs and yogurt, then combine.
Mix olive oil and garlic; add to dough with water. Form into a soft dough.
Divide dough into 6 balls; flatten each into a 6-7 inch round.
Cook each flatbread in a skillet with olive oil until golden, about 1.5 minutes per side.
Garnish with extra herbs if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush with additional olive oil and herbs before serving.
