A quick and flavorful flatbread infused with garlic and fresh herbs, perfect for any meal or snack.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons minced chives (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1.25 cups plain, full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 0.25 cup water

Instructions 

  • Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add herbs and yogurt, then combine.
  • Mix olive oil and garlic; add to dough with water. Form into a soft dough.
  • Divide dough into 6 balls; flatten each into a 6-7 inch round.
  • Cook each flatbread in a skillet with olive oil until golden, about 1.5 minutes per side.
  • Garnish with extra herbs if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

For extra flavor, brush with additional olive oil and herbs before serving.
