A flavorful and comforting dish featuring tender garlic butter chicken served alongside cheesy Parmesan rice.

Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and cook chicken 6-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add remaining butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning; cook until fragrant (~30 seconds). Return chicken to coat in sauce.
Rinse rice, then cook in chicken broth until absorbed (~15-20 minutes). Fluff rice, stir in Parmesan, butter, and season with salt and pepper.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with additional parsley before serving.
