Soft, fluffy dinner rolls infused with garlic and parsley, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
Dough

warm milk (whole or skimmed)

active dry yeast

bread flour (or all purpose flour)

butter (melted)

fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
Combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar; let stand 5 min until bubbly. Add oil, salt, and egg; mix well.
Mix liquid into flour; knead until smooth (~8-10 min). Alternatively, use a stand mixer with dough hook for 5 min.
Let dough rise in oiled bowl, covered, for 1-1.5 hours until tripled. Preheat oven to 180°C.
Divide dough into 16 balls; place in buttered pan, cover, and rise 30 min.
Brush with beaten egg; bake 20-25 min until golden. Melt butter with garlic, add parsley.
Brush warm rolls with garlic butter before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional parsley or garlic powder.
