Instructions
Cut steak into 1-inch bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Let sit for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak in a single layer for 1 minute, then stir and cook for a total of 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Lower heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet, melt, then add garlic and red pepper flakes. Stir for 30 seconds.
Return steak to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
