A rich and flavorful steak dish featuring tender ribeye steaks topped with a creamy Parmesan sauce and garnished with fresh parsley.
Ingredients

(About 1-inch thick, 8 oz each)

Instructions
Season steaks with salt and pepper.
Heat skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter, cook steaks 4-5 mins per side.
Add remaining butter and garlic, cook 4-5 mins for medium-rare.
Rest steaks 5 mins, then slice.
In same skillet, add cream, whisk, then add Parmesan until thickened.
Serve sliced steak with sauce, garnish with parsley.
Notes
Ensure steaks are rested before slicing for maximum juiciness.
