A deliciously cheesy garlic bread perfect as a side or appetizer. Crispy on the edges and gooey inside, it's easy to make at home.
Ingredients

baguette or Italian bread loaf

unsalted butter, softened

garlic, minced

fresh parsley, chopped

dried oregano

shredded mozzarella cheese

grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the bread in half horizontally and place on the baking sheet.
Mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread over bread halves.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden. Broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.
Notes
For a crispier top, broil briefly at the end.
