Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 tube refrigerated thin crust pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 to 5 cloves garlic (minced or finely pressed)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese blend
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Optional Fresh basil or parsley (for garnishing)
  • Optional Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the dough on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the top.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar and grated parmesan cheeses over the garlic butter.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  • Slice and serve warm with optional marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes or other herbs to the cheese topping.
