Enjoy a delicious homemade flatbread topped with garlic and cheese, perfect for sharing or as a snack.
Ingredients
Dough

refrigerated thin crust pizza dough

unsalted butter (melted)

cloves
garlic (minced or finely pressed)

shredded cheddar cheese blend

freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the dough on a baking sheet.
Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the top.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar and grated parmesan cheeses over the garlic butter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Slice and serve warm with optional marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes or other herbs to the cheese topping.
