Delicious homemade garlic flatbread with a crispy exterior and flavorful garlic butter.
Ingredients
Dough

all-purpose flour

salt (for the dough)

sugar

tsp
baking powder

warm water (about 100–110°F / 38–43°C)

olive oil
Garlic Butter
1/4
cup
unsalted butter, melted

cloves
garlic, minced

fresh parsley, chopped

salt (for the garlic butter)

black pepper
Instructions
Mix flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Add water and olive oil; knead into a smooth dough.
Rest the dough for 10–15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare garlic butter by mixing melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Divide dough into 6–8 pieces, roll into circles about 6–8 inches wide.
Cook each flatbread in a hot skillet 1–2 minutes per side until golden and puffed.
Brush hot flatbreads with garlic butter and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional parsley or garlic.
