Delicious homemade garlic flatbreads that are perfect as a snack or side dish, with soft interior and golden crispy edges.
Ingredients

Instructions
Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar; let sit until bubbly.
Add oil, yogurt, egg, salt, and 2 cups flour; stir until smooth.
Gradually add more flour to form a soft dough; knead until smooth.
Let dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Divide dough, roll into 6-inch circles, and cook on a skillet until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Brush with melted butter mixed with minced garlic if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped herbs or cheese to the dough before cooking.
