A flavorful stir-fry featuring tender steak and vibrant peppers, perfect for garlic lovers.
Ingredients
Marinade

low sodium soy sauce (or GF tamari)

low sodium chicken or beef broth

oyster sauce

sesame oil

cornstarch (scant)

flank steak (skirt or top sirloin steak, cut into pieces on the bias)

grated ginger (or paste)

cut into cubes (any color you like)

Instructions
Combine marinade ingredients with ¼ cup water; set aside.
Marinate beef with 3 tbsp of marinade for 30 minutes or overnight; stir in ginger and garlic.
Heat oil in a skillet; sear half the beef until well browned, then remove. Repeat with remaining beef.
Sauté onions, then add peppers; cook briefly. Return beef to skillet.
Mix remaining marinade, stir in cornstarch, pour into skillet, and toss to coat. Serve hot.
Notes
Serve with rice or a salad for a complete meal.
