Garlic Herb Sauce
3tbspunsalted butter
4clovesgarlic, minced
1tbspall-purpose flour (optional, for thicker sauce)
0.5cupchicken broth
0.5cupheavy cream
0.25cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1tspItalian seasoning
1tbspchopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a sheet pan.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; spread on one side of the pan.
Pat chicken dry, brush with melted butter, season, and place on the other side of the pan.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until cooked and crispy.
Make the garlic herb sauce by melting butter, cooking garlic, adding flour, broth, cream, Parmesan, and herbs; simmer until thickened.
Pour sauce over roasted chicken and potatoes, toss gently, garnish with Parmesan and parsley, then serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan and fresh herbs before serving.
