Ingredients

Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (Sifting helps achieve a lighter texture.)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (It gives rich flavor without saltiness.)
  • 3/4 cup milk (Use non-dairy milk for a vegan option.)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (Use freshly grated for a stronger taste.)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together.
  • Mix melted butter and milk, then combine with dry ingredients to form dough.
