Soft, buttery dinner rolls infused with garlic and Parmesan, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
Dough

active dry yeast

warm milk

granulated sugar

(room temperature)

unsalted butter
(melted)

garlic

grated Parmesan cheese
(plus extra for topping)

chopped fresh parsley
(optional, for topping)

unsalted butter
(melted for brushing)
Instructions
Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit 5 minutes until frothy. Whisk in egg, salt, and melted butter.
Gradually add flour, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead for 6-8 minutes until smooth.
Let dough rise in a greased bowl, covered, for 1 hour until doubled. Punch down and knead in garlic and Parmesan.
Divide into 12 pieces, shape into balls, and place in a greased 9x13 inch dish. Let rise 30-40 minutes until puffy.
Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C). Brush rolls with melted butter, sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley if desired, then bake 17-20 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly and serve warm. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, brush with garlic butter before baking.
