Instructions
Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt; add warm milk, water, melted butter, and egg. Mix until combined.
Add crushed garlic, thyme, parsley (reserve ⅓), and Parmesan; knead until smooth and elastic.
Shape into a ball, let rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes until doubled.
Punch down, divide into 12 pieces, shape into balls, and arrange in a greased dish. Let rest for 30 minutes.
Melt butter, add crushed garlic, oregano, and reserved parsley; cook 2-3 minutes. Brush rolls with half, sprinkle Parmesan, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18-20 minutes.
Brush warm rolls with remaining garlic butter and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, ensure the dough is kneaded until elastic and allow proper rising times.
