Ingredients

Instructions
Spray a 7-inch round baking pan with spray oil.
Mix butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Stir in baking soda, salt, and flour.
Fold in pecans and caramel bits.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes.
Microwave caramel bits with heavy cream until smooth, then drizzle over the cookie and sprinkle with coarse salt.
