Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; combine wet ingredients in another. Combine both until smooth.
Chill dough for at least 1 hour. Scoop 1 tbsp, roll into balls, coat in sugar, and place on sheet.
Bake for 9-11 minutes for chewy or 12 minutes for crisp cookies. Cool on sheet 5-10 minutes.
Notes
Chilling the dough longer results in crispier cookies.
