Ingredients

Base

  • ½ cup Rolled Oats
  • 4 ounces Milk Substitute (or Milk)
  • 2 ounces Water

Spices

  • teaspoon Ground Allspice
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Ginger

Add-ins

  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 packet Sweetener
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • 3 tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites (Pasteurized)
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Syrup (Sugar Free)
  • ¼ teaspoon Butter Extract

Instructions 

  • Combine Milk, Oats, and Water in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave for about 2 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients while hot and mix well.
  • Enjoy your protein-packed gingerbread oatmeal!
