Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a loaf pan.
Mix wet ingredients: oil, milk, sour cream, egg, molasses, vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients: flour, sugar, spices, salt, baking soda, baking powder.
Mix dry into wet until just combined, pour into pan.
Bake for 38-42 minutes, cool slightly, then add icing on top.
Notes
For best results, ensure ingredients are at room temperature and do not overmix the batter.
