A warm and spicy gingerbread perfect for the holidays or any cozy occasion.
Ingredients

boiling water

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375˚F and butter a 9x5 loaf pan.
Mix molasses, butter chunks, and boiling water until butter melts.
Combine baking soda, salt, and ginger; add to molasses mixture and stir.
Stir in flour until smooth, then pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, cool for 10 minutes, then serve.
